Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

1.Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced however should you be in this situation, please contact our friendly staff on 1300 598 162 and we will do our best to help you. Personal information and photo ID may be required.

3.Currently, gift certificates cannot be redeemed through online bookings. Please call the individual property if you wish to make a booking with a gift certificate. Just quote the gift certificate number to our staff and please present your certificate on arrival at the property. Photo ID may be required for redemption of electronic gift certificates.

4.Prior bookings are essential and are subject to availability and normal booking conditions.

5. Spicers reserves the right to refuse or cancel use as per standard property cancellation policies. See privacy policy and legal statement for more information.

6. Though most gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, some special offers may have more limited valid dates. Please check the details of the certificate before purchasing.
