Meals at Spicers Canopy are prepared using fresh, mainly local ingredients to a standard consistent with Spicers’ gourmet reputation.
In the warmer months, guests can dine on the outdoor deck or even under the stars with mountains and the sounds of nature as a backdrop. While in winter, the fireplace is stoked to burn all night and hearty evening meals are served inside the warmth of the communal lodge building.
As every stay at Spicers Canopy includes all meals and drinks, all you need to do is relax while our chef serves up tasty morsels from fresh regional produce. You can even watch them prepare your meals in the open plan kitchen or in the new outdoor wood-fired oven.
