Situated on a 12,000 acre country farm in South East Queensland just an hour's drive from Brisbane, Spicers Hidden Vale is a special, relaxing getaway offering true country hospitality.
The property is centred around the grand old homestead which holds a lot of history and features Cotton's Restaurant, a classic lounge area with open fireplace plus bar and a Boardroom.
Deluxe country-inspired accommodation is located in colonial-style cottages within close walking distance of the restaurant and all faciltiies. The cottages (some of which date back to the 1920s) are elegantly restored buildings comprising of 1 to 6 bedrooms. All 31 rooms and suites have private or shared verandahs and breathtaking views of the picturesque Lockyer Valley.
Enjoy one of the many activities on offer including 4WD tours, horse-riding, bushwalking, cycling, archery, swimming, tennis and croquet. You can even take time out to hang out with a chicken, goose, donkey, goat or alpaca in the animal nursery. Or enjoy a professional massage, facial or body treatment in the cottage day spa.

We welcome guests to drop in for a visit, however we also offer exclusive use to large groups and weddings and in these cases the retreat may be closed to public access. To avoid disappointment we recommend calling ahead and bookings are highly recommended for Cotton's Restaurant.
