Setting

The award-winning restaurant is located in the main lodge with stunning views over Spicer’s Gap plateau, with a warm relaxed atmosphere complete with open stone fireplace and plush furnishings.

Opening hours 

The Peak restaurant is fully licensed and is open to the public and inhouse guests 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price for each option is set, but the cuisine changes daily, so every visit will be a new culinary experience. For non-guests, prices start at $56 per person for lunch (bookings essential).

Breakfast - 8.00 – 9.30am - seven days 

Lunch - 12.30 – 2.00pm - two or three course lunch daily with wines 

Dinner - from 7.00pm - 5 and 7 course degustation menu provided daily with wines
