Specialising in traditional Royal Thai cuisine, The Tamarind is headed up by renowned chef, Paul Blain and his team including Head Chef Daniel Jarrett.  Using Paul’s expert knowledge and guidance, Daniel is able to ensure that every dish delicately combines the traditional Thai flavours of sweet, sour and spicy in a way that will leave you begging for more.

From oysters with finger lime sorbet to spicy massaman curry, the array of Thai delicacies on offer will leave you breathless, while the perfectly matched wine and beer recommended by The Tamarind's Sommelier will leave you smiling.
